Derrick Malone Jr. is the founder of Full Circle Financial, an insurance broker, a former Ohio State football player, and a proud husband and father in Columbus, Ohio. He brings six years of experience in the insurance industry to his work leading and developing agents. Over three years as a broker, he has helped more than 500 families protect their futures.
His experience in athletics and ministry shapes his approach to leadership: prepare with purpose, stay consistent, and serve others with integrity. He brings those values to Full Circle, where his focus is on helping agents develop the knowledge, habits, and confidence to build their businesses while serving families well.
Derrick is committed to building a healthy agency culture where agents feel respected, supported, and valued. He believes accountability should encourage growth, feedback should be constructive, and success should never come at the expense of someone’s well-being. His goal is to create an environment where agents can ask questions, collaborate, and pursue their goals without fear of belittlement or unhealthy pressure.
